Edgar ref
THIS WAS NOT DRAWN BY ME! I commissioned this from =Sara-DiGiacomo, though Edgar’s design, personality, and story are mine.
(blueprints of my own design will be added later)

Edgar (original identification: CE84)
Age: 4 years active
Height: 5’10” slouched (his norm), 6’10” standing straight
Weight: 415lb
Species: Robot

Origins and Quest: Edgar is a military robot that one day realized that he could feel emotions such as curiosity, boredom, and loneliness. Robots can’t feel emotions, however, so Edgar deduced he must actually be a human mind stuck in a robot body.
Edgar decided to correct this problem by constructing a human body for himself. He decided to go about this by killing other humans, tearing their flesh off, and sewing it into a custom tailored suit made of skin.
Unfortunately, Edgar doesn’t properly understand how the human body functions and over time the skin rotted and fell off. Edgar fixed this by killing more people and harvesting more skin, but that quickly decayed and fell off too. For the last four years, Edgar has continued this insane, murderous cycle in an attempt to make himself truly human.
He’s slowly figuring it out though, piece by piece. He has recently discovered that supplying blood to the flesh keeps it fresh a little longer. As such, he now carries a ten gallon tankard of blood on his back, but this too needs to be replenished almost as quickly as the flesh.
He has murdered over a hundred people in his quest to build a working human body.

Personality: You’ll find no malice in Edgar’s murderous actions. Though often hidden by his monotone, robotic voice, on the inside he is desperate, sad, and confused. He just wants to be human; that is his one and only desire. Edgar has no concept of “right” and “wrong” outside of the fact that he should be human when he really isn’t. He sees humans as objects, “replacement parts” instead of people, as he has absolutely no concept of empathy or pain.
He is slow in the head in the most literal of senses. The computer processor which is his brain struggles to keep up, so he often “spaces out” or repeats parts of sentences while his mind catches up with his words. His movements are often either calm or suggesting that he’s on the verge of a nervous fit. His body language mimics his mentality; his movements are sluggish and he fidgets with his arms and hands. He rarely bothers to look someone in the eye when talking to them.
He is single minded and set on becoming fully human. When told he is anything but human, he gets upset and tries to explain to his victims that he is.

Weapons/Abilities: Edgar is a military grade robot built for war. As a result, his body is comparable to a well built tank. Punches don’t faze him. Bullets bounce off him. His limbs will neither bend nor yield to any force exerted by a mere human. It will take a grenade set off at close range to damage his armor. Anything stronger than that will start to cripple him.
Edgar is extremely strong. He can carry two fully grown men and his ten gallon tank of blood with ease. His grip can crush all the bones in a man’s hand.
In order to catch his victims without the risk of them hurting themselves and damaging that precious skin he wants, Edgar uses tranquilizers. He has three pre-filled syringes of green, fast acting sedative, and a large jar from which he refills them.
Edgar carries a variety of blades on him such as wood saws, scalpels, knives, and forks, but he uses them solely for the harvesting of flesh, never in combat.

Fighting Style: You’ll never see Edgar throw a punch or a kick. His first means of attack is to ambush a target and inject it with a tranquilizer, thus preventing any fighting and keeping his skin and his target’s skin (soon to be his) in tact. Otherwise, when his skin or self is threatened, he will grab his attacker and repeatedly smash him/her into walls or the ground until knocked unconscious. Strangling is another of Edgar’s preferred tactics.

Strengths: His armor makes him extremely difficult to damage and his strength makes him difficult to restrain. His hideous appearance and stench can be unnerving to foes, and he moves with absolute silence, making him stealthy.
Sometimes, his single-mindedness makes him too unintelligent to trick.
He is a murderer without restraint.

Weaknesses: Edgar is extremely slow, both physically and mentally. His top speed is a fast walk because his designers traded speed for durability. Edgar isn’t very smart and it takes him a fair amount of time to get a grip on any new situation. As a result, he can easily be tricked if an opponent knows his vice: his desire to be human.
His stench will often warn victims that he is near.
His lenses are not bulletproof. The left hemisphere of his computer brain has already been destroyed in such a manner and a bullet through the right will put him down for good.
He doesn't use any long range weaponry.

His Suit: Made from the flesh of his twenty most recent victims. Much of it is already decaying and he will need to replace the bad patches soon. A human can smell the rotting flesh from a full block away and its stench is overpowering at close proximity.

Relationship with Hewett: Two years ago, Hewett Kristoff (cybernetic enhanced assassin and schizophrenic serial killer) was in the process of hunting down a victim when it was instead murdered by Edgar. After unsuccessful attempts at trying to kill one another, Hewett realized that he could easily manipulate Edgar into assisting him with his own serial-killer spree. They became unequal partners, Hewett posing as the dominant mastermind with Edgar as the submissive assistant.
Hewett promises Edgar that if he does whatever he says, he’ll show Edgar how to make a perfect human body.
This is a lie.
